HOW TO USE

2. To chill the mask, store it in the fridge for 1-2 hours or in the freezer for 30 minutes.
   Important: If using from the freezer, ensure to place the mask on your face fabric side down to avoid potential freezer burns, discomfort, or skin damage.
3. Once chilled, remove the mask from the fridge and place it on your face with the bead side down.
4. Alternatively, if using from the freezer, take the mask out and place it on your face with the fabric side down.
