The first setting is a gentle orange light setting that is calming and is known to support relaxation and sleep. There is a colour changing light option that will cycle gently or you can select and set a favourite colour.

HOW TO USE

To use your Aroma-Frequency Diffuser
• Connect the power adaptor to the unit
• Place the diffuser on a hard, flat surface
• Remove the lid
• Fill with tap water to just below the MAX water line
• Add 3-5 drops of essential oil
• Replace the lid
• Press the Power/Mist button to start the diffuser
• Select your preferred light colour and sound frequency settings

When the water is depleted, the diffuser will automatically switch off. However, we've programmed the sound to keep playing until you switch it off manually by pressing the button. This is ideal if you want to play the tracks for longer than the mist runs.
