how to use

Diffuse: Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser to create a calm, settled environment before rest or sleep.
Topical (Diluted): Dilute 1 drop with a carrier oil and apply to the back of the neck or soles of the feet.
Bath: Mix 2–3 drops with a carrier oil before adding to warm bathwater as part of an evening routine.
Massage: Blend with a carrier oil and gently massage into the soles of the feet.
Room Spray: Add 8–10 drops to 100ml of water and lightly mist the room or bedding.
